These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Hostline services. By using our hosting, domain registration, or web design services, you agree to comply fully with all rules stated below. Failure to comply may result in suspension, termination, or legal action if necessary.

1. Company Overview

Hostline is a professional web hosting and digital services provider offering shared hosting, VPS hosting, cloud solutions, domain registration, SSL services, and website design/development. We aim to deliver secure, stable, and high-performance hosting infrastructure for individuals and businesses worldwide.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, purchasing, or using any service from Hostline, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, policies, and guidelines. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

3. Account Registration & Responsibility

Users are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username, password, and any associated authentication methods. Any activity performed under your account will be considered your responsibility.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Hostline services must be used only for lawful purposes. Users must not engage in any activity that violates local, national, or international laws or regulations. You are responsible for all content hosted under your account.

5. Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden on Hostline infrastructure:

• Hosting illegal, abusive, or harmful content
• Phishing websites, fake login pages, or identity theft pages
• Malware, ransomware, hacking tools, or exploit scripts
• Pirated software, cracked applications, or copyright-infringing content
• Adult content (unless explicitly allowed under specific hosting plan)
• Gambling, betting, or casino-related websites without approval
• Cryptocurrency mining on shared hosting environments
• Spam websites or auto-generated low-quality content
• Fake news, fraud, or scam-related websites

6. Email Usage & Bulk Messaging Policy (VERY STRICT)

Hostline strictly prohibits sending bulk emails, spam emails, unsolicited marketing messages, or mass mailing campaigns using shared hosting servers.

Our servers are not designed for high-volume email distribution. Any attempt to send bulk emails, automated newsletters, or spam campaigns will result in immediate suspension of email services or complete account termination.

Only permission-based, transactional, or service-related emails are allowed. For email marketing, users must use external professional services such as SMTP providers or email marketing platforms.

7. Server Resource Usage Policy

Users must not exceed allocated CPU, RAM, disk I/O, or bandwidth limits. Excessive usage that impacts server stability or other users' performance is strictly prohibited. Hostline reserves the right to throttle, suspend, or request upgrade of resource-heavy accounts.

8. Security & Abuse Monitoring

Hostline continuously monitors systems for security threats, unauthorized access attempts, and abusive behavior. Any suspicious activity may be investigated and appropriate action will be taken immediately.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated under the following conditions:

• Violation of any Hostline policy or terms
• Illegal or harmful activities detected
• Spam or bulk email sending
• Resource abuse or server overload
• Fraudulent payments or chargebacks
• Security threats or hacking attempts
• Repeated policy violations after warning

10. Data Backup Policy

Although Hostline may provide backup services for certain plans, users are ultimately responsible for maintaining their own backups. Hostline is not liable for data loss due to system failure, user error, hacking, or accidental deletion.

11. Service Availability & Uptime

Hostline aims to provide 99.9% uptime; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, cyber threats, or unforeseen technical issues.

12. Payment, Billing & Renewal

All services must be paid for in advance. Failure to renew hosting services on time may result in suspension or permanent deletion of data. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure timely payment.

13. Modifications to Services

Hostline reserves the right to modify, upgrade, downgrade, or discontinue any service at any time to improve performance, security, or infrastructure efficiency.

14. Third-Party Services

Hostline may integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, domain registrars, email services, and cloud providers. These third parties operate under their own policies.

15. Limitation of Liability

Hostline shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss resulting from service usage.

16. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Hostline harmless against any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from misuse of services or violation of these terms.

17. Policy Updates

Hostline reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

18. Legal Compliance

Users must comply with all applicable laws. Hostline may cooperate with law enforcement agencies if illegal activity is suspected.
